Rachelle Fawcett- Director
Rachelle is the director of RCC Cheer and Dance since 2007. She holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Commercial Recreation Management from the University of Utah where she attended on a baton twirling scholarship. She is an accomplished athlete, performer and coach. Her accomplishments span the areas of Cheer, Dance, and Baton Twirling. She trained in the area of dance for 13 years at Riverside Ballet Arts. Her talents have taken her all over the world performing and entertaining audiences in Japan, Peru, France, and much of the United States. She is AACCA certified
Sean Evans-Cheer Coach
Sean was formally the owner of two all-star cheer training facilities based near Portland, Oregon. During his time at Willamette University, Sean founded the cheer team for the university and staffed for both Americas Best and Power Athletics, where he was the Staff Manager. Sean’s coaching includes McNary High School, two years as the Head Coach of Portland State University, the Head Coach for the National Championship West Coast Extreme College Cheer team, Head Coach for the WCE Senior Elite Small Co-Ed team, OC All-Stars Senior Coed 4 team, Senior 5 team and Junior 5 team, as well as numerous choreography jobs. Sean was a member of the Blazer Stunt Team (2003-2004) and has been a Guest Speaker at the OCCA Coaches Conference, the Washington State Coaches Conference, the GSSA Conference in California and the Utah Cheerleading Coaches Conference |

Kristin Lorenz-Dance Coach
Kristin began dancing at the age of 3 and has continued to grow and fall in love with dance more and more every day. Her training began at the award winning dance studio, Just Plain Dancin' in Riverside, CA, and after many years, she moved to the #2 studio in the nation at that time, West Coast School of the Arts, now in Irvine, CA. Kristin has also trained at Edge Performing Arts Studio, located in Los Angeles, under such choreographers as, Wade Robson, Randy Allaire, Mark Meismer, Tabitha and Napoleon, and many others. In her journey, she has earned the title of Miss Jr. Showbiz, Miss Showbiz, Dancer of the Year, traveled to Paris, France as a selected All-Star, won 6 National Titles with the Dance Team at Orange Coast College and was captain for 2 years. Kristin was also a cheer/song instructor with the United Spirit Association for 5 years, teaching camps all around the country and judging try-outs for local high schools. Not only does Kristin LOVE being a part of the Cheer and Dance program at RCC as a coach, she also works as Physical Therapy Aide at a clinic in Riverside. As a graduate of Cal Baptist University with a B.S. degree in Kinesiology, she is currently working towards her Doctorate in Physical Therapy with the hopes of becoming a therapist in the future. |
Tim Passalacqua-Cheer Consultant |
Tim has had a lot of success in the cheer industry. His career began in 1993 as a cheerleader for the well-known High School Aliso Niguel in Orange County. In 1996, he attended Palomar College and cheered for 2 years, then transferred to the University of Kentucky. He was a member of their elite cheer program from 1997-2000. During his years at Kentucky he built his career as the top male partner stunter in the nation. He won partner stunt nationals in 1996, 1997 and 1998. In 2000, he earned both UCA and NCA Partner Stunt Nationals. He is the only individual to ever hold this credential. In 1997, 1998 and 2001 he also won USA Partner Stunt National award. During his College years, Tim was a NCA camp instructor and has coached various levels of Power Tumbling (as he was a power tumbler athlete at a young age). In 2002, Tim starred in the Famous Cheer Movie, "Bring it on 2". In 2002-2004, he came back to Southern California to Coach/Choreograph the talented Palomar College Collegiate Cheer Team. Tim comes to RCC with many years of success as an individual athlete and coach.
